the up-to-date design software alongside the usual office packages

Ada House has five business units available for flexible rental
to new businesses.
 The
units are designed for start-up businesses or those in their first
few years of trading. Rent is extremely competitive and includes
free broadband internet access, business rates, as well as other
benefits.
Offices come furnished with a desk and phone which means you can set-up with minimum
fuss and at very low expense. We also offer on-site IT support which is competitively priced.
Units can be rented for up to a year.
Tenants can take advantage of other services such as photocopying and printing facilities,
projector hire, and reception and fax services.

Training and meeting room hire
 We
have two meeting rooms available for hire at reasonable rates. These
rooms can be combined and will hold up to 20 people, boardroom style,
or 30 people conference style. A minimum booking of half a day is required. The meeting rooms have an ensuite kitchen and coffee area.
Buffet meals can be arranged by request.
The meeting rooms are on the first floor of the building and there
is level access via a lift from the ground floor and the parking
area. Parking is reserved for those requiring disabled access. Otherwise
there are public carparks near the building (approx £3
per day).

- ICT advice on hardware/software to accommodate current needs and potential future growth

Daily rates start from £200
