WEBS - Women's E-business Support
The Women’s E-Business Support project (WEBS) supported over 70 women-owned
small businesses and sole traders to make more effective use of
IT technologies, by providing one-to-one advice and on-site help.
The project has ended at the end of 2005. We are now running the Touchstone project which is looking into how women business owners measure their own success. We are working closely with over 30 women business owners which were selected to participate in our research and receive
advice on business planning, marketing and accessing finance;
or practical support with setting up IT systems and their website.
.
We also provide drop-in for advice or to use our free PC, Mac
and internet facilities.
If you are woman running a business please contact us to see if we would be able to help you, or book a drop in session with one of our business advisors.
Our building, Ada House also hosts 5 well-equipped and competitively
priced office units available for rent on a flexible basis. More
