is the member of staff assigned to health and safety. There are Health
and Safety Logbooks in all the training rooms.
If there are any health and safety matters which you wish to raise, please
use the log books and email Freda ( this will assist speedy rectification
of the problem).

The
designated first aider is Nikki Dearn. There are first aid kits in all
training suites.
If you have an accident, however small, please report it in the incident
book which is kept next to the first aid kit.
We are not allowed by law to keep any "lotions, potions or pills".
We provide tea and coffee @ 20 pence per cup.You will find a pot for your
payment. Please keep all kitchen areas as clean as you would wish to find
them.
Your group will need to appoint a tea monitor, who will make the drinks,
collect the money and wash up. Please consume drinks away from the computers.
Never put a drink on the workstation or next to any ICT equipment.
A sandwich van arrives in front of the building around midday, we will
contact your trainer at that point. Food is not allowed near the computers.
Please use the quiet rooms and kitchen for consumption of food.
Smoking is not permitted inside the building.
Fire procedures are displayed around the building. Fire exits and routes are clearly marked. Occupants are required to follow fire evacuation procedures, which are located on the doors of each room. In case of fire, please refrain from using the lift.

Toilets and Baby Changing facilities
Toilets are situated on each floor. Disabled toilets are on the ground floor and 2nd floor. Baby changing facilities are based on the ground floor. Please use the bins provided for all sanitary including disposables.
